Step 1: Complete Application

Complete the Work From Home preliminary application form to receive the application for the Client Support Agent. Once your application is received and reviewed, you will receive a Registration Walkthrough video and information on how to enter the registration site via email.

Step 2: Registration and Assessments

Once registered on the website, you must complete a PC scan and take an assessment to advance the process. It would be best to allow at least an hour of uninterrupted quiet time to complete the evaluation.

After successfully passing, you will gain access to all available client opportunities.

Step 3: Selecting a Client and Certification

Choose a client that you would like to work for according to your specifications (hours of work, equipment requirements, training schedule, etc.). Next, complete all of the required steps to reserve your seat for Certification.

Once you have chosen your client, you will receive paperwork from Kaizen Advance to sign and complete via email.

Step 4: Servicing a Client

Once you have successfully completed your Certification Training, you will be able to choose your schedule and begin your journey of earning income remotely.
